I am currently working on a picture quilt for DD graduation. Its coming along very nicely I am pleased with it. It has cost me an arm and a leg since I chose to use Batik fabric ($9.00 per yard). I figured my total cost in the whole thing by the time I am done will be approximately $160.00. Is it worth it??? at times I think it is and at others I don't think it will be. Will DD like it? that's a toss up. Will I like it, yes. I have 3 panels complete and the 4th to finish. Then two small borders and the large outside border and batting and binding. only 35 days to go. Now all the panels are complete and I am putting on the borders. I have enjoyed learning how to do this process. It has been fun.
