2023 update: my TMII retired Nov 2022 and I am the most logical replacement. At least I would be but I’m not a man. So instead its given to a man who is promoted as more knowledgeable than myself. This would be ok IF it were true. I am finding, after working with him, its not. And that gross unfair business practice is difficult to put up with. If you quit, they win. If you keep quiet, they win.
I hate this next paragraph (because this is not me, its the person who has been continuously bullied for 5 years):
I hope someday these men have vicious prostrate cancer. That’s how unfair they are as I would not wish this type of illness on anyone. Geez, God were are YOU???? And the women here, they are just as mean and vicious and agree and promote the type of hateful behavior that has been the example here, deserve something similar.
