Appaloosa Flour-less Chocolate cake

I am all about the presentation of food and this one isn't bad. I added the cloth napkin underneath for a more classic touch.

I was recently in Denver for Florence + the Machine concert and we went to the Appaloosa Restaurant. It's not a bad place to go, has good food, and good service. the only negative comment that I have about the place is that the interior reverbs the noise pretty loudly and makes it difficult to hear what the person you are with said.

I will say that The Broadmoor is still THE place to go for flour-less chocolate cake it's absolutely to die for. Truly melts in your mouth, sensual experience.
